BUY A GAME, HELP SAVE AN ANIMAL
SNAP TV and National Wildlife Federation® Partner to
Help Protect and Save Animals
Santa Monica, CA – November 1, 2006
– Snap TV Games and National Wildlife Federation (NWF)
have partnered on a national promotional campaign that will
enable animal lovers to purchase a game and save an animal.
With every purchase of the Eco-Rangers:
Animal Adventure DVD game Snap TV will donate a significant
percentage of proceeds to National Wildlife Federation.
The partnership was announced today by Snap TV’s Online
Marketing Manager, Aaron Rose, and NWF’s Cause Marketing
Director, Greg Griffith.
The promotion, beginning on November 1, will feature a
“Save an Animal” website at www.eco-rangers.com
that incorporates the award-winning Eco-Rangers DVD game.
Over twenty percent of the purchase price of each Eco-Rangers
DVD game will be donated to National Wildlife Federation.
NWF will drive awareness to the campaign by introducing
the Eco-Rangers and this initiative to the Ranger Rick magazine
readers and their caregivers. NWF will also provide $3 subscription
discounts off NWF’s kids’ publications –
Ranger Rick, Your Big Backyard and Wild Animal Baby through
coupon inserts in Eco-Rangers game boxes.
“Snap TV is thrilled to be partnering with National
Wildlife Federation. The Eco-Rangers were originally created
to help with animal conservation by educating children about
the importance of the animal kingdom. Now, we feel privileged
that we are working hand in hand with an organization that
has been an inspiration to us from the beginning,”
says Aaron Rose of Snap TV.
“Through their Eco-Rangers DVD game, it became obvious
that Snap TV shares our same passion for wildlife. We look
forward to this partnership with Snap TV and the Eco-Rangers
to help inspire our children to enjoy and preserve the wildlife,”
notes Greg Griffith of National Wildlife Federation.
Eco-Rangers, a DVD adventure learning game, allows kids
to discover the earth’s most amazing creatures, while
defending the earth’s resources. By teaming up with
the 5 Eco-Rangers - Coogie, Chase, Sage, Reverb, and Yuki
- players get to glide through dense jungles, skim over
polar ice fields and plunge deep into the sea to answer
intriguing questions and learn about incredible animals
and the worlds they inhabit.
